Prosper Central West
Founded in March 2023, Prosper is dedicated to assisting individuals in the Central West region in accessing Individualised Support Coordination. As a small boutique business, we deliberately limit our client base to provide a personalised experience. Our approach is centred on treating each client as a unique individual rather than just a number, aspiring to help them live the life they choose.
In June 2024 Prosper Support Coordination is branching out to the Sydney and Greater Sydney Area.

Meet Jessica, Founder and Support Coordinator
In March 2023, after years of experience in Case Management with children in Out of Home Care, Jessica recognised the need for a boutique Support Coordination business in the Central West. She established Prosper Support Coordination to provide personalised and comprehensive support services to the community. Jess holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with a major in Psychology from UNE, Armidale NSW.
Known for her caring nature and meticulous attention to detail, Jess is dedicated to working closely with participants and providers to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. She is committed to helping you and your family achieve your goals with compassion and professionalism.
